That’s why when I show properties, I am looking for potential red flags such as code violations, permitting issues, water/wood damage, negative drain flow or any other items that will negatively impact the inspections/appraisal.

Tammy came to our home 3 times before we listed it for sale. She make some great recommendations to help us stage the home. Tammy hired a professional photographer (at no cost to us) to take the listing photos for our home. He even took drone photos of the entire property, they were awesome, and I do believe it helped get people to come see our home.
